As Michael’s prepares a delicious match to specially selected wines.  The food buffet,

wine and live music reflect the theme of the evening…6:30pm-8:30pm    $25.pp

 

 

 

June 10 – Country Fried Chicken – The Gold Medal Winner food and wine pairing!! Crisp moist fried chicken, collard greens, tomato salad, watermelon and for dessert a Trio of Pies. Hunter Hill Winery is the only choice for this meal! Enjoy music provided by Karen Phoenix and Ken Kraft.

 

June 17Smok’in in Soquel – Join us as Michael breaks out the smoker for some of the moistest meats you will ever eat. From trout to brisket you will be amazed. We will be serving wines from Fogarty and music will be provided by Mark Harvey on guitar.

 

June 24 – Celebrate France – Bistro food will delight your palate beginning with mussels, salmon roulettes, crepes and tartins. Bonny Doon Wines will be served and Ken Constable will provide the prefect background music.

 

July 1-Santa Maria BBQ – Proves to be a winner every time. Tri-tip never tasted so good with Ranchero Beans, crisp salad and sliced sourdough!! Strawberry Shortcake will finish off the evening. Martin Ranch Winery is the perfect match with music by David O'Conor.

 

July 8- Salad Days of Summer  – The healthy way to go, a dinner of all salad, from skirt steak to buffalo chicken these cutting edge salads will make Jenny Craig green with envy!! Sones will be pouring their fantastic wines which pair nicely with the food and the music by John Davis.

 

July 15 - Farmers market Fresh -  Please come see what the Chef has chosen from the Farmer’s Market along with fresh fruits for dessert. The wonderful wines of Aptos Ridge will be served and the music is provided by Vern Fernandez.

 

July 22 – Fresh From Monterey Bay – Enjoy local mouth watering Sandabs, Prawn Ceviche and Rock Cod….need I say more!!! Wines from Alfaro and music by Tim Fuller.

 

July 29 – South of the Border – Journey to Mexico for the best Carnitas and Carne Asada ever, with steaming tortillas, black beans and rice and to-die-for chocolate churros. Storrs stirs up the evening with Mark Harvey on guitar.

 

August 5 – Vacation in the Mediterranean – Garlic Hummus, Lamb Kebabs and Dolmas are just some of the tasty faire, which will be followed by Orange Pistachio Baklava. Wines from Bargetto along with music by Ken Constable will transport to your vacation in the Mediterranean.
